Hi,
have you not thought about updating the attachment or firmware update software you supply, most of it is so out of date it only runs properly on XP, nothing on X64 operating systems, W7 - not a hope unless you create a separate environment or nobble the signed driver protection - risky process....... W7 has been out long enough and is reasonabl stable....

For which machine are you talking about? The SD box (5000/6000 series) or the HD ones.

Just another thing that comes to mind, the USB driver will not install as it is unsigned..... a showstopper to anyone using Vista or W7.....
