I have been having timer problems with my 4400, I set recording (in 24hour time) but somehow the times change ie I set to record at 1730 but then notice its recording at 1030 in the morning, I now have to keep checking on the times in the timer recording section of menu, which isnt too difficult if I am home but of course when I am not there I get the wrong things recorded, very frustrating. Please can anyone help, I am not too technical minded so please make it simple

Maybe check the time settings - set it to manual time instead of auto for a while and see if the problem goes away?

I will try the manual setting, but I should explain that its not the actual clock time that changes, its the recording time, and strange thing is the other evening I had 5 things set to record on 2 diff channels 2 were recorded OK but 3 others changed time and had recorded earlier that morning, maybe theres a ghost in there ;o)
