The unit was non operational when it came in.

The fault was the Fairchild KA1M0680RB-YDTU switch. Replaced it with one of the units I got in, and she fired straight back up, although the voltages were out significantly.

Once working again, I replaced all of the usual 6 caps as well, and also repalced C9 as a precaution as others have had issues with that one too.

Tested well for several hours after repair.

Parts arrived today for my toppy, replaced caps and re-measured the voltages:

Default  - Before - After
30          31.1      29.9
22          25.1      24.3
17          17.2      16.6
8            7.5        7.4
5            4.7        4.9
3.3         2.7        3.1
15         15.8       15.1

Seems to be going good so far.
No reboots yet!

I am cross referencing a thread I started in the TF5000/black panther forum...... hope someone can help? Garyvx said he thought the capacitators had gone......?

a big shout-out and thank you to garyvx who replaced the caps on my 5000MP after it had random restarts and general erratic-ness.
Thanks again gary,  hope you enjoy the VB's.
